Michael Landers
For over two decades, I've worked with leaders and teams across five continents to make visible what shapes behavior, culture, and collective performance: the patterns beneath what gets named.
The work began with culture, personality, and the unconscious programming that drives how people show up. More than 125,000 participants, in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 technology companies to regional enterprises, have used that lens to understand what's actually running the show.
A childhood across Latin America and formative years in Japan gave me a cross-cultural perspective that reads what's often invisible: the assumptions, the untested frames, the cultural grammar a team doesn't know it's using. That perspective grounds everything that has followed.
What the work builds is the capacity to see clearly and to act from what's actually there, rather than from imported frameworks or described versions of reality. That capacity matters more now, not less, as organizations navigate change that doesn't come with a map.
I continue to work with leaders, teams, and organizations across industries, cultures, and contexts, in cultural field work, organizational engagements, and advisory relationships.

I work with a small network of trusted practitioners across regions when an engagement calls for it, collaborators who bring language, context, and cultural familiarity I don't carry on my own.
