Keynotes built on twenty-five years of field research.

Michael Landers has put the same set of questions to more than 125,000 people from over 75 countries. Executives, engineers, salespeople, students. Public and private, across every major sector.

The answers are remarkably consistent. What they show is how reliably the mind mistakes its own programming for the way things are.

His sessions don't present that research. They run it, live, on the room.

HUMAN INTELLIGENCE IN THE AGE OF AI

Every judgment a person makes runs through a template they did not choose. It decides what looks competent, what reads as respect, what counts as a real answer. Most people never see theirs.

This session makes the template visible, then asks the harder question: what is it deciding about you?

Nobody is told any of this. They experience it. Ten minutes in, the audience answers one of those research questions and discovers that half said one thing, half said another, and everyone assumed theirs was obvious. Every idea arrives the same way: a short piece of theory, a live experience, a real conversation about it, and something to apply.

People leave with specific practices rather than principles. Small, concrete moves they can use tomorrow, each one grounded in what 125,000 answers actually show.

They also laugh, out loud, more than once. They tell someone that night. And weeks later, they are still catching themselves mid-assumption, which is the only real proof that any of it took hold.

45–90 minutes. Interactive and experiential. Delivered in English, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese.

GROW YOUR GLOBAL IQ

Reading cultural dynamics and leading across differences.

Cultural awareness is an operational necessity, not a soft skill. Most cultural training focuses on avoiding mistakes. This keynote builds something more useful: the capacity to read cultural patterns, adapt communication across contexts, and build trust when context keeps shifting.

Participants learn to see their own cultural defaults first, then recognize cues in others, open to alternate interpretations, and choose how to bridge differences effectively. The work is the same whether building partnerships, entering new markets, or leading distributed teams: see what shapes you, see what shapes them, adapt consciously.

45-75 minutes. Story-driven with practical application. For global teams, international organizations, and leaders working across cultures.

THE DECISION BEHIND THE DECISION

Seeing what actually drives the calls leaders make, in themselves and in others.

The hire you felt best about is your biggest risk.

Most catastrophic leadership failures were not bad hires. They were candidates who looked right, felt right, passed every test, and still fractured when complexity increased. Not because the read was wrong, but because the instrument was not precise enough.

Drawing from Michael's work on Human Due Diligence, this session sharpens the instrument. Participants see how their own interpretation runs before they choose it, shaping what registers as signal, what gets missed, and where experience produces confidence without accuracy. Then the distinction that matters most: what someone has proven they can do, what they can hold right now, and what the role is about to require.

Participants leave with sharper discernment about the decisions being made around them, and the ones they are making themselves.

45-90 minutes. Interactive and experiential. Delivered in English, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese. For investors and LPs, boards and transition teams, athletic directors and search firms, and family office principals.
