For over two decades, I’ve guided leaders and teams across five continents to expand self-awareness and navigate complexity.

The work began with exploring culture, personality, and the unconscious patterns that shape behavior. I’ve helped more than 125,000 people see what drives them and choose consciously how to respond.

Raised in Latin America and having lived in Japan, I bring a cross-cultural lens that helps reveal what’s often invisible beneath the surface.

But the context has changed.

AI is accelerating complexity faster than expertise can keep up. The leadership playbook of control, certainty, and answers no longer works.

I’m living this shift myself—expertise dissolving, identity reshaping, while still navigating the everyday demands of work, responsibility, and life. This experience is changing how I show up.

What’s needed now isn’t more factual knowledge, but a deeper capacity to know yourself, your team, and to create the conditions that allow clarity, purpose, and collective intelligence to emerge.
